Providing psychotherapy To Individuals and Couples                   for In-person and online sessions

The experience of daily life can involve struggles and challenges that are difficult to handle. Seeking out psychotherapy and counselling services is a proven and effective way for working on hardships such as chronic stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, emotional difficulties, relationship difficulties, and other challenges. My name is Josh Song and I provide in-person and virtual psychotherapy and counselling services for individuals and couples to work towards mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness in the midst of life’s hardships.

What to Expect

Often the first step towards seeking out psychotherapy and counselling is a new experience. Thus many people have questions about psychotherapy and counselling. Some of these questions include whether or not psychotherapy will help them, if they can trust their psychotherapist, and what the services will involve. As a result, I value establishing a non-judgemental, caring and transparent therapeutic relationship that is open to your questions and concerns. I ensure that you are informed of the work of your therapy and that you have autonomy within a confidential, safe, and warm environment for each session.
