Providing psychotherapy To Individuals and Couples for In-person and online sessions
The experience of daily life can involve struggles and challenges that are difficult to handle. Seeking out psychotherapy and counselling services is a proven and effective way for working on hardships such as chronic stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, emotional difficulties, relationship difficulties, and other challenges. My name is Josh Song and I provide in-person and virtual psychotherapy and counselling services for individuals and couples to work towards mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness in the midst of life’s hardships.

What to Expect

Taking the first step into therapy is a significant move, and it’s completely natural to have questions. You might wonder if the process will actually help, if you can truly trust your therapist, or simply what a typical session looks like.
I prioritize building a non-judgmental, transparent, and caring relationship where your concerns are always welcome. My goal is to ensure you feel fully informed and empowered, providing a safe, confidential, and warm environment where you maintain total autonomy over your journey.
